Diablo Immortal has become the talk of the town and for many good reasons. It comes jam-packed with a ton of awesome features from the Diablo series and that also includes some of the classic Diablo classes as well. And while all these classes have their own perks, some of them are just better equipped to face the heat of the battle on all fronts.
Keep in mind that this list is all about ranking the classes based on their performance in every major aspect of the game including solo play, raids, dungeons, PvP, and all other PvE content. With that out of the way, let’s find the best class in Diablo Immortal!
1. Demon Hunter

Demon Hunter is, by far, one of the best classes in Diablo Immortal and that applies to almost all the major aspects of the game. This class has the highest DPS compared to all other classes and combined with its super quick movement and ranged attacks, Demon Hunter can easily eliminate his enemies while keeping a safe distance from them.
This class is perfect for Solo play but performs equally as good in group-based content as well. And since it falls on the squishier side of the spectrum, you have to be very careful in a close-quarter combat situation and try to get keep away from the enemies as much as possible and luckily, you have the mobility to do so.
There is no doubt that Demon Hunter is the most powerful-ranged class in Immortal but it takes a lot of practice to get your aiming right and for this class, it’s all about precision and movement. Especially, when it comes to PvP because it’s super brutal and you can’t expect to get a second chance. Not the most beginner-friendly class but definitely the most destructive with a little practice.
2. Crusader

Now if you are looking for a beginner-friendly class that is equally as destructive and fun to play as Demon Hunter, Crusader is the one to go for. It might not have the highest DPS like the Demon Hunter, but it makes up for this shortcoming with a massive amount of health. Being a tank class, it does a significant amount of damage to the enemies.
Crusader is a must-have class for any group as he provides some of the powerful group buffs in the game that can massively help your team. And while it’s not super fast by design, Crusader can actually summon a horse and ride out of any sticky situation which is a huge plus when it comes to mobility.
You can also wreak havoc on your enemies in PvP with this class, but keep in mind that single-target damage is something Crusader struggles with a lot. And if weren’t for that Crusader could’ve easily grabbed the first place on this list. But still, if you are a beginner and you are looking for the most powerful yet easy-to-learn class, this is definitely it.
3. Barbarian

Next up, we have the most badass class in the Diablo Immortal, Barbarian. Much like Crusader, Barbarian is a tank class and pretty straightforward to get started with. This class relies on pure strength and power since you have to get up close and personal with your enemies as you tear them apart.
Barbarians are a great choice for almost every aspect of the game as they deal a great amount of damage, have surprisingly quick movement for their type, and also offer powerful AoE attacks. So, they are an all-rounder but stretch a little too thin when it comes to utility. They also have long cooldowns and being a melee class, it becomes a liability.
They are still fun to play, especially for beginners because of how easy it is to get started with this class. But not the most ideal for late-game content.
4. Necromancer

Necromancer might just be the most fun class in the game, as it lets you wreak havoc on your enemies from afar without getting your hands dirty. Necromancers summons minions that are smart enough to protect you while you figure out your next move.
Speaking of which, they have the ability to cast powerful AoE attacks and top-off the already decent DPS with the help of their minions. Necromancers are super versatile and their abilities come in handy in both solo and group content. Their minions can work as a distraction while tanking enemy attacks for them.
But sometimes it’s not enough to help Necromancers escape because of their slow mobility, which is a big problem. They heavily rely on their summons to fight, defend, and even escape the battle when things get out of hand, but that doesn’t always work with the cooldowns.
5. Wizard

Wizards can be extremely dangerous with their powerful AoE attacks and fast mobility. They have one of the best DPS in the game and being a ranged class, they can do some serious damage to the enemies without getting too close. Wizards also have very good mobility that helps them get out of sticky situations without taking too much damage.
This class is excellent for destroying hordes of enemies at once with their powerful elemental and arcane magic. But when it comes to single-targets, Wizards tend to struggle a bit. To make up for this shortcoming Wizards have to kite their enemies around and find the perfect opportunity to damage as many of them as possible.
Now, the reason why you wouldn’t want to Main this class is that Wizards are super squishy and can’t survive more than a few well-placed attacks. Of course, they do have excellent mobility to help them escape but having the longest cooldowns of all classes definitely does not. So when it comes to Wizards, you have to be extremely cautious.
6. Monk

Being a melee class, Monk is super fragile for its type compared to other melee classes in the game and that is one of the main reasons why I have put it at the bottom of this list. Now, don’t get me wrong, playing as a Monk is super fun because Monks are agile and more than capable of decimating their enemies in a few well-placed hits.
Monks also offer some of the best group buffs and shielding abilities that can help their teammates survive through the worst of situations. But when it comes to single-target damage, they struggle a lot, especially since you have to precisely aim your attacks with consistency.
However, Monks can perform surprisingly well in PvP with their stun abilities, agile movement, and powerful attacks. This class is definitely not meant for beginners in any way, you will have to practice a lot in order to get your attacks right. So it’s a skilled class that performs well in both PvP and PvE content.
There is no single best class in Diablo Immortal that does it all, each of these classes has its own Pros and Cons. But at the end of the day, it all comes down to your playstyle. But when it comes to being the most useful class in the game, Demon Hunter definitely takes the crown!
